This role supports the Large Animal and Feed Buyers and collaborates with stores to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in an office or data-focused environment, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in office, accounting, purchasing or data entry preferred, not required.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis in spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist buying team with data entry for new vendors, SKUs and pricing.
• Support procurement to ensure on-time delivery of merchandise.
• Communicate with stores and vendors to resolve pricing and availability issues.
• Maintain replenishment data and show specials in the system.
