Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst in US-OH-Hilliard to transform complex procurement data into strategic insights. You will collaborate with Purchasing and other functions to modernize analytics, automate processes, and develop dashboards that drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, BI, or related analytical role.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year procurement data and analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy and objectives.
• Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, data transformation, automation, and efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions connecting processes, systems, and external data sources.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasting models, and self-service analytics tools for meaningful insights.
• Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks with actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate emerging analytics tech, AI, and ML to enhance decision-making.
• Establish data governance, reporting standards, and integration processes for future growth.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and outcomes.
• Lead CI efforts by reducing manual processes and standardizing workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
