Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to transform data into strategic insights across procurement and operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year procurement data and analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy and objectives.
• Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, data transformation, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions that connect business processes, systems, and external data sources.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasting models, and self-service analytics tools that provide meaningful business insights and performance visibility.
• Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, analytics platforms, AI, and ML capabilities to enhance decision-making.
• Establish and support scalable data governance, reporting standards, and integration processes for future acquisitions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement by reducing manual processes and standardizing workflows.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
