Job summary

Ohio Machinery Co. is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support procurement software systems, assist in implementation projects, configure applications, troubleshoot, train users, and provide end-user support.

You will onboard users, mine data for reporting, create dashboards and supplier/commodity groups for strategic procurement, and identify cost-saving opportunities with IT collaboration. Strong MS Office skills and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are required; experience with data

Qualifications

• Must have data mining, modeling, reporting and presenting findings.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, math, economics, CS, info management or statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement software systems including implementation projects, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide end-user training and onboarding, and support processes for procurement and accounting.
• Create dashboards and commodity groups for strategic procurement and cost efficiencies; assist with SharePoint administration.
