Responsibilities

Conduct supplier market research and compile capability data to aid strategic sourcing.
Organize supplier proposals, cost models, and evaluation materials.
Track supplier performance using KPIs across schedule, quality, safety, and cost.
Collaborate with project teams to monitor delivery timelines and flag delays.
Develop SOPs and process documentation to improve efficiency.
Attend cross-functional meetings and summarize actions for stakeholders.
Support SAP/Ariba data entry and reporting for procurement activities.
Assist in contract templates and compliance documentation.
