Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to join our Global Logistics Procurement team, offering hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, vendor lifecycle management, and procurement strategy within a fast-paced global environment.

As our Logistics & Procurement Intern, you'll help ensure right products reach the right place on time while learning to negotiate with suppliers, optimize routes, and manage costs in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Strong Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
• Experience or strong knowledge of Tableau for data visualization, dashboarding, and analysis.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Available full-time for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Analytics: gather, clean, interpret data to generate reports and insights.
• Bid Management: assist RFQ/RFI documentation and organization.
• Vendor Lifecycle: manage vendor profiles in ERP and procurement systems.
• Quoting & Rate Desk: assist in transport quoting with internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Process Support: contribute to continuous improvement in procurement tasks.
