Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator (Contract-to-hire) to join our team in Denver. You will be the first point of contact in our intake process, triaging incoming requests from various teams across the company. This is a high-impact, high-volume role where your ability to multitask and follow up will be essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient procurement workflow. (#INDCORP)

This will be a full time onsite role in our Cherry Creek, Denver office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a procurement or administrative role.
• ERP or procurement system experience is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous follow-up and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Intake and triage: Serve as the initial point of contact for all procurement requests.
• Purchase requisition management: Enter, review, and process purchase requisitions in Coupa, ensuring coding accuracy, proper documentation, and required approvals.
• Supplier onboarding: Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding in Coupa SIM, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Cross‑functional coordination: Work with contracts, Accounts Payable, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Follow-up and tracking: Proactively track requests through approvals, providing status updates.
• Operational support: Assist Data Infrastructure, operations, cloud, and marketing with procurement needs.
• NDAs: Issue mutual NDAs and confidentiality agreements through execution.
