Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Operations Analyst to oversee and optimize our purchase order process for networking hardware across a multi-vendor ecosystem. This full-time onsite role will be based in San Francisco or Bellevue, Washington.

You will own the end-to-end PO lifecycle, streamline procurement workflows, and deliver data-driven insights using Coupa and Excel to leadership. Strong background in procurement and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience with global supply chains and vendor onboarding.
• Strong Excel data modeling and dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete purchase order lifecycle from sourcing to delivery.
• Streamline procurement workflows to accelerate approvals.
• Build dashboards and insights using Coupa and Excel.
• Manage hardware warranty entitlements and renewals across vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align demand.
