Job summary

Allegiant in Las Vegas seeks a Procurement Programs & Systems Data Manager to oversee electronic transactions across procurement. You will lead data systems, interface with IT, eMRO, and vendors, manage Aeroxchange relationships, pursue paperless processes, and own KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in programming or database management, with strong SQL/Visual Basic, Power BI, and MS Office skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Data Science, MIS, or other relevant Supply Chain degrees.
• Minimum four (4) years in programming, database management, or other relevant experience.
• Background in materials procurement, analytics, and process management.
• Experience in systems support and change management.
• Experience in database creation and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems effectively.
• SQL and Visual Basic coding skills.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, M365, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations with internal stakeholders and Procurement Programs & Systems team members to document data requirements.
• Manage and guide Data Analysts to deliver results to senior management in a timely manner.
• Become familiar with all Procurement Organization processes and dependencies.
• Use knowledge of applicable Procurement systems to analyze data resources and align with processes.
• Lead efforts to analyze Procurement systems to improve data efficiencies for the P2P process.
• Lead efforts to build forms, templates, tables, data sources, electronic transactions, and catalogs to increase ROI for P2P and other sourcing activities.
• Perform analytics to identify supply chain efficiencies and support initiatives.
• Coordinate with leadership to update training manuals and reference documents.
• Oversee the relationship with Aeroxchange, including integration, vendor, and change management.
