Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I

Pay Range

$27.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Support management and oversight of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements.
• Collaborate with Health Plans, corporate functions, and third-party vendors to facilitate contract compliance and oversee the Contract Center of Excellence's templates, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Procurement experience
• Healthcare experience
• Contracts negotiation experience
• Knowledge of procurement concepts and processes
• At least 1 year reviewing complex legal and commercial terms
• 3+ years in compliance, regulatory roles in healthcare, government procurement, or contract drafting
• Preferred: training and presentation skills, experience with government contracts (FAR/DFAR), CMS-related contracts, and tools like ServiceNow or Coupa
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
