• University degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree and/or paralegal experience preferred.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support contract compliance through lifecycle management to meet ESG and risk goals.
• Update agreements to reflect anti-bribery and firm clauses for compliance.
• Maintain relationships with legal and category teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Update procurement contracts to reflect governance changes and internal policies.
• Support changes during project execution to keep contracts enforceable.
• Develop closeout strategies and document properly.
• Collaborate with legal to update terms and templates as needed.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Draft progress reports and track contract/change-order metrics.
