Qualifications

University degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong contract review and legal-perspective expertise with solid project and process management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, client service orientation, and ability to collaborate across continents/time zones.

Responsibilities

Supports contract compliance efforts through contract lifecycle management to meet compliance, ESG, and risk goals.
Maintain relationships with legal teams and category management to ensure contract compliance to firm standards.
Regularly update procurement contracts to reflect changes in corporate governance framework and internal policies.
Provide continuous support to adapt procurement contracts to changes during project execution.
Develop closeout strategies for contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with legal teams to update contract terms and templates as needed.
Ensure adherence to contract terms and compliance with legal requirements.
Draft progress reports and maintain metrics for contracts and change orders.
