Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Paralegal to join our Atlanta Legal Department for an approximately six-month engagement. You will review supplier contracts, draft and revise agreements, and help manage contracts and records with autonomy.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficient contracting processes and leverage technology.

• 4+ years of relevant legal or commercial contracts experience.
• Experience drafting and revising contracts in various settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to identify and manage contractual and business risks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier contracts and related documentation.
• Draft, review, and revise supplier contracts, amendments, and addenda.
• Prepare contract extensions, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct contract research, validation, and related analysis.
• Provide day-to-day contract support to the Legal Department.
• Support contract management activities and help maintain accurate contract records.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal and contracting processes, systems, and workflows.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and implement solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Help identify opportunities to leverage technology and process improvements to increase efficiency.
