Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Compliance Specialist to ensure procurement, contract administration, and inventory activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

The role involves analyzing trends, preparing reports, and guiding staff on procurement requirements to support agency operations. The incumbent will monitor contracts and renewals, support department directors with file management, and collaborate across departments to resolve compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the nonprofit sector, construction management, or similar, including insurance.
• Strong knowledge of general office and business administration.
• Valid Texas driver's license with good driving record and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement process implementation and purchase orders.
• Monitor procurement staff compliance and provide training.
• Document work, record deficiencies, and evaluate procurement quality.
• Manage contract, insurance, and lease renewals.
• Maintain contracts, lease agreements, HUD files, and related records for multiple departments.
