Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions (purchase orders) in an effective and timely manner; ensure purchases comply with policies; expedite outstanding POs; resolve issues with vendors.
• Review bids, proposals and solicitation documents; assist with bid tabulations and evaluation committees; maintain contract awards list.
• Assist with P-Card reconciliation review and support.
• Monitor purchase order activity to ensure POs are issued within 72 hours of requisition.
• Assist divisions with contract scope, terms, and ensuring contracts are complete with attachments and dates.
