Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to enter and maintain accurate purchase orders and track orders.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vendor quotes and coordinate purchasing details with suppliers, engineers, and internal project teams.
• Prepare, enter, and maintain accurate purchase orders in accordance with company purchasing policies.
• Track open orders, confirm delivery status, and follow up with suppliers and carriers to support timely material availability.
• Maintain vendor records, update pricing information, and organize purchasing documentation.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, shipments, pricing, and purchase order details.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, reorder points, and material support for R&D and manufacturing needs.
