Qualifications

• Computer literacy for documentation, order tracking, and warehouse records.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, tag incoming materials, and stage items for upcoming construction jobs.
• Notify Project Managers when equipment and materials are received for their assigned projects.
• Pull, prepare, and stage orders for job site deliveries while ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Load delivery trucks safely and efficiently for scheduled job site deliveries.
• Process warranty returns, material returns, purchase orders, vendor will calls, and deliveries.
• Complete daily forklift checks, maintain documentation, and support general warehouse organization.
