Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Appleton, WI is seeking a Procurement Clerk to join the Procurement Operations team. You will convert requests to purchase orders, enter data into the Coupa system, and support documentation and data quality efforts.

The role requires a minimum of one year in procurement or related fields, familiarity with ERP/Procurement systems, and strong organization and communication skills. This is an onsite, day-shift position supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in procurement, manufacturing, or a related business function.
• Experience with ERP or Procurement systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of office administration procedures and proficiency with standard office equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Convert Procurement Requests into Purchase Orders and ensure accurate data entry into the Coupa system.
• Gather, track, and review procurement requests, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Escalate issues and concerns promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support data improvement initiatives by utilizing Coupa catalogs as needed.
• Assist team members with data validation and entry tasks.
