Job summary

Hope Media Group is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to guide the procurement process across all spend categories, ensuring policy and approval matrix adherence. You will advise on contracts and pricing while maintaining vendor records and supporting budgeting efforts.

The role requires cross-functional coordination, attention to detail, and alignment with the organization’s Christian mission. This is a full-time on-site position in Houston, with opportunities to improve procurement maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of procurement, purchasing, or contract administration experience; nonprofit or broadcast and media industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems, such as Sage Intacct or Ramp, strongly preferred.
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail; ability to enforce policy across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coaching skills.
• Support for and alignment with Hope Media Group's Christian mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Guide budget managers through the procurement process end to end from request to purchase order.
• Advise on contract terms, pricing benchmarks, and negotiation leverage while budget managers own vendor selection.
• Maintain a centralized vendor and contract repository with key terms and renewal risk.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to confirm invoices match PO and contract terms.
• Support annual budgeting and capital expenditure planning with vendor pricing data.
