Job summary

Hope Media Group, a multi-brand ministry, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to guide budget managers through the procurement process across all spend categories. You will advise on contracts, pricing benchmarks, and term negotiations while ensuring policy compliance and audit-ready documentation.

The role supports annual budgeting with market benchmarks and maintains a centralized vendor repository. Strong communication and nonprofit procurement experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of procurement, purchasing, or contract administration experience.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems, such as Sage Intacct or Ramp, strongly preferred.
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail; able to enforce policy across departments.

Responsibilities

• Guide budget managers through the procurement process end to end, ensuring approvals and thresholds are met.
• Advise on contract terms, pricing benchmarks, and negotiation leverage while budget managers own vendor selection.
• Maintain a centralized vendor and contract repository, track key terms and renewal risks, and flag non-compliant purchases.
