EvapTech is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support the Procurement Manager by scheduling material arrivals at the Edwardsville, KS site, issuing POs for materials and subcontracts, and tracking deliveries. The role collaborates with customers, suppliers and field teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Key duties include managing the PO log, coordinating BOM releases, and maintaining vendor data in the ERP system (Jobscope). Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for materials and labor subcontracts.
• Track delivery of products and manage PO log for status updates.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and site personnel on deliveries.
• Support cataloging BOM releases and maintaining ERP vendor data (Jobscope).
• Monitor shortages and place supplemental POs to maintain schedules.
