Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services per company standards.
• Evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and contracts to secure best terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track status for timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and reports for audit and analysis.

As a Procurement Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to secure quality products at competitive prices. Your expertise will directly impact our company’s efficiency and overall success.
Key Objectives

• Manage procurement activities to meet organizational needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
