Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement buying or similar role, ideally in software/tech.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services per company standards.
• Evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and contracts to secure best terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track status for timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and reports for audit and analysis.
• Coordinate with finance and inventory to manage budgets and stock levels.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and market conditions.
