The role collaborates with production planning and senior purchasing to ensure on-time delivery and efficient material flow.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in purchasing or supply chain, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of purchasing, supply chain, planning, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and track supplier commitments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production planning to support material flow.
• Monitor open orders and communicate shipment status.
• Support cost data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations on supplier issues.
