Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain.
• 1-3 years purchasing or planning experience.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Issue and track purchase orders and delivery commitments.
• Monitor open orders and expedite shipments as needed.
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP.
• Coordinate with Quality and Operations on supplier issues.
• Support cost-saving data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Maintain inventory levels to support production.
