Qualifications

• An Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data analysis to support decisions.
• Experience building supplier relationships and supporting pricing, sourcing, or negotiation activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily procurement activities including purchase orders, pricing validation, order follow-up, and supplier communication.
• Support procurement strategies aligned with quality, cost, delivery, and inventory objectives.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and participate in pricing, sourcing, and contract discussions.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance; mitigate supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sourcing requirements and supplier qualifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and system data.
• Investigate and resolve purchasing, supplier, inventory, and invoice issues promptly.
• Track, analyze, and report purchasing metrics and cost savings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for purchasing processes and inventory management.
