Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience with supply chain concepts and procurement processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

Procure material, equipment, supplies, services, and commodity products.
Evaluate cost and analyze supplier bids to attain best overall value.
Negotiate price, delivery and quality of products/services and determine supplier selections.
Track Purchase Orders through reports and resolve discrepancies with receiving and accounting.
Manage supplier relationships through the acquisition process.
Confer with suppliers to ensure competitive total cost of ownership.
Interpret FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws and compliance requirements.
