Job summary

Rocketdyne is seeking an Inventory Management Support in Redmond, WA to handle receiving, storage and shipping of sensitive electronics, materials and supplies. You will work under the Logistics Manager performing data entry, cycle counting, and material handling tasks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the MRP system, verifying shipments, and ensuring accurate paperwork. Requires forklift experience, MS Office skills and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior material handling experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior material handling experience.
• Experience with operating forklifts, order picker and electric pallet jack, receiving, inventory control and cycle counting processes and warehouse functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and in using information and reports to improve department processes, services and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Record information regarding materials received and shipped in the department computer system.
• Participate in inventory cycle counting, enter and track data in spreadsheets and the MRP system, analyze data and report problems.
• Package and handle materials within company guidelines; count/verify incoming parts; ensure proper inspection handling.
