Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented purchaser in South Carolina to process hardware, software, and licensing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will manage PO data in SAP, track shipments, and resolve issues affecting invoicing and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining supplier relationships and supporting inventory and operations performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, distribution, customer service, or operations support preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process hardware, software, subscription, and licensing purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service expectations.
• Maintain and update purchase order information within SAP, including estimated arrival dates and shipment status.
• Monitor open orders and resolve issues impacting delivery, invoicing, or customer expectations.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchasing activities and provide order support.
• Build strong supplier relationships while supporting inventory flow and operational performance.
