Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of work experience in an office environment.
• Bilingual Vietnamese (conversational) / English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with POs for order confirmation and arrival dates.
• Call vendors for product information, pricing, availability, lead time.
• Verify invoices for payment and resolve discrepancies.
