Job summary

JACK Entertainment is seeking a Purchasing Support professional to assist the purchasing team with execution of purchases, bid uploads, and credit applications. You will work closely with properties and the strategic sourcing group, interfacing with vendors to support JACK Entertainment’s procurement strategy.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely communication as part of a cross-functional team across the company’s properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 1 year administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain and line-of-supply procedures preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders from approved requisitions.
• Upload bids into the purchasing system on a defined cadence.
• Prepare new vendor setup forms and assist with vendor investigations.
• Assist with variance queue and supplier evaluations.
• Create/submit IT setup forms, expense reports and other admin paperwork.
• Process credit applications with Legal and Finance teams.
• Maintain positive supplier relations and ethical procurement practices.
• Comply with internal controls and gaming-related regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by purchasing management.
