Role Overview: As part of the Third Party Team within North America Supply Chain, this role involves placing purchase orders with suppliers who ship finished goods directly to North American customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure confirmation from vendors regarding shipment dates and communicate feedback to Account Management Specialists or the Commercial team.
2. Act as a liaison between AMS and vendors to resolve issues or implement changes.
3. Coordinate freight arrangements with Logistics providers for vendors who do not handle their own freight or for expedited shipments.
4. Perform goods issue on purchase orders upon receipt of Bill of Ladings.
5. Follow up on BOLs not received timely, and send labels, SDS, and other necessary documents to vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience/education.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
