Job summary

UPM Adhesive Materials in Mills River, NC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for procurement and supply chain decisions. You will develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve inventory management, supplier performance, and KPI reporting.

The role partners with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring data quality and supporting S&OP, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, or data analytics.
• Strong data storytelling and ability to convert data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing procurement data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support procurement and supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and high-quality procurement information.
• Support inventory and raw material planning through data analysis of levels, trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Contribute to supplier performance reporting and KPI tracking, and assist with S&OP reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics, reporting automation, and data quality.
