Job summary

UPM Adhesive Materials is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Mills River team. You will transform procurement data into insights, support material planning, and help optimize supplier performance across the Americas.

You will develop and maintain dashboards, work with ERP data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely procurement decisions. A strong Excel foundation and experience with analytics tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in reporting/analytics tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and data governance.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supplier collaboration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and other procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support procurement and decision-making.
• Combine, validate, and maintain data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and readiness for business use.
• Support raw material planning and procurement through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain high-quality supply chain data.
• Support supplier performance, KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews by providing insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, and data quality.
• Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and data governance.
