Job summary

MUFG is seeking a Reporting Analyst - AVP to develop and advance procurement reporting across Third-Party Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Workspace Solutions. You will turn complex procurement and vendor data into clear insights for senior leadership.

The role partners with stakeholders to define needs, build scalable dashboards, improve data quality, and support decision-making, risk management, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of reporting, analytics, BI, or data visualization experience in a corporate services function
• Proficiency in dashboards/reports in Power BI and Tableau; experience with data models, measures, filters, and executive visuals
• Strong data quality, governance, and analytics capabilities in a complex organization
• Experience in regulated environments and handling sensitive information
• Familiarity with procurement/finance systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass, Icertis, Oracle, SAP or similar
• Forecasting and presenting insights to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement reporting across Third-Party Risk, Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Workspace Solutions
• Design and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Translate complex data into concise insights and recommendations for leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and governance
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale reporting processes, including AI-enabled tools
• Maintain data quality, data lineage, and reporting documentation
