Job summary

Gerdau North America is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to perform data analysis, develop action plans, and deliver meaningful metrics. You will lead reporting initiatives and coordinate projects to improve procurement processes and drive business objectives.

The role emphasizes building relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging Power BI, Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and AI-enabled tools to provide actionable insights and support strategic transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, data science, data analysis, or a related area.
• 2–4 years in BI, data analysis, supply chain analytics or related roles preferred.
• Experience in automated reporting systems and databases.
• Strong communication and project leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Power BI, Databricks, and Excel; familiarity with SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, scorecards to monitor KPIs.
• Provide timely data analysis and actionable insights to procurement leadership.
• Analyze complex data to support procurement strategies and actions.
• Create multi-platform reporting using Power BI, Databricks, and SAP Datasphere.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
