Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Procurement Analyst for Trio Community Meals to drive procurement efficiency for infrastructure projects, including IT systems, hardware, and facilities. You will leverage BI tools to deliver data-driven insights and work to optimize procurement processes across the organization.

The role combines analytical rigor with contract negotiation and vendor management to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in procurement, infrastructure management, BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in data viz tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for infrastructure projects (IT systems, hardware, facilities).
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies and budgets in infrastructure procurement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Oversee contract renewals and vendor performance evaluations.
• Determine data analysis methods to identify procurement inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Decide on the design and updates of BI dashboards to align with organizational goals.
• Make informed choices on vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement alignment with budgets.
• Evaluate infrastructure-related procurement processes and suggest improvements.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a Procurement Analyst to our Trio Community Meals team. The Procurement Analyst is
responsible for driving procurement efficiency, supporting infrastructure-related procurement needs, and leveraging
business intelligence tools to deliver data-driven insights. This role combines analytical expertise, process
optimization, and technical knowledge to enhance procurement and infrastructure operations while aligning with
organizational goals.

What you'll be doing:

Infrastructure Support

• Manage procurement activities for infrastructure-related projects, including IT systems, hardware, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and budgets in infrastructure procurement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements and negotiate contracts with
  vendors.
• Oversee contract renewals and vendor performance evaluations.
• Routine Decision Making
• Determine data analysis methods to identify procurement inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Recommend supplier strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
• Decide on the design and updates of BI dashboards to align with organizational goals.
• Make informed choices regarding vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement alignment with
  budgets.
• Evaluate infrastructure-related procurement processes and suggest improvements.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, infrastructure management, business intelligence, or a similar
  role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on interpreting complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure procurement, including IT systems and facilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
