Job summary

The Client Account Manager at Traditions, part of Elior North America, will nurture long-term relationships with Tradition's clients and serve as the main liaison between TRIO and Tradition. Responsibilities

• Resolve daily client issues including shipment shortages and freight matters.
• Review weekly inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Develop and manage pricing for new customers and products; biannual updates.
• Enter and review orders for accuracy and error-free processing.
• Coordinate production planning to meet demand and prevent shortages.
• Prepare and manage bids and RFPs to win new business.
• Analyze revenue and quarterly reports to identify trends.
• Serve as liaison between TRIO and Tradition; ensure clear communication.
• Communicate delivery updates and ETA to clients; coordinate with drivers.

Job Overview:

The Client Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships with Tradition's clients, ensuring their needs are understood and consistently met. Serving as a key liaison between Tradition and its clients, this role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and fostering client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

• Resolve Client Issues: Address and resolve daily client concerns, including shipment shortages and freight‑related matters, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Review and evaluate weekly inventory to maintain accurate stock levels and support seamless operations.
• Pricing Responsibilities: Develop and manage pricing for Business Development Directors (BDDs), new customers, and new products, including biannual pricing updates in June and December.
• Order Management: Enter and review all orders for accuracy and ensure error‑free processing.
• Production Planning: Assess demand to align with production schedules and address shortages effectively.
• Bid and Proposal Management: Prepare and manage bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
• Report Analysis: Analyze revenue and quarterly reports to identify trends, optimize strategies, and support decision‑making.
• Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between TRIO and Tradition, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Client and Recipient Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients and meal recipients, Communicate delivery updates, changes, or concerns with clients, Coordinate and communicate client concerns with drivers in real‑time, and investigate and relay estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to clients during delays or issues.
• New Client Integration: Partner with Tradition to understand and address the needs of new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Education and Experience: associates degree in marketing or business‑related field or a minimum of four years of related experience in customer support or client account management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet navigation, and email communication.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address client needs.
• Microsoft Excel Expertise: Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel, including data entry, analysis, and reporting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business‑related field.
• Software Expertise: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization tools.
