Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business field.
• 2+ years of supermarket/retail experience preferred.
• Prior inventory/warehouse distribution experience desired.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience with project planning/management.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute purchase orders timely and accurately.
• Slot products for maximum productivity.
• Coordinate shuttle between warehouses.
• Use MicroStrategy to analyze sales, inventory, and trends.
• Regularly use QMF reporting tool.
• Identify and implement order adjustments to maintain inventory.
• Manage division service levels requirements.
• Enter distributions into RAPID system.
• Liaise between Grocery division staff and third-party warehouses.
• Communicate with vendor partners to troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Assist procurement team with division projects.
