Job summary

Aptive Intelligent Pest Control™ is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Provo, Utah, to monitor inventory movements, analyze trends, forecast demand, and support cost-reduction initiatives.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage POs, and optimize inventory using ERP systems, aiming for efficiency and cost control. A strong analytical mindset and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field or equivalent procurement experience.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategy.
• Develop seasonal product forecasts.
• Maintain inventory database with pricing, manufacturer, and distributor data.
• Reconcile requisitions, POs, and invoices in 3-way match process.
• Develop reports to optimize product usage and minimize waste and theft.
• Identify inventory gaps and build processes to minimize gaps.
• Manage automated replenishment, reorder points, and safety stock.
