Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a detail‑oriented procurement specialist to support coordination of procurement services across theater locations. You will assist with document prep, track open orders, monitor delivery status, and maintain accurate records in databases.

You will work with senior analysts, prepare schedules, draft technical procurement records, and help ensure materials availability while applying SOPs and basic FAR/DFARS knowledge. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.
• Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking procurement metrics.
• Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain systems.
• Current/active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time and operate office productivity machinery.
• Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation and tracking open purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery status of materials and maintain accurate records within organizational databases.
• Assist in preparing procurement schedules and ensure availability of necessary materials and data for senior analysts.
• Draft technical records for procurement tasks and coordinate activities across theater locations.
• Maintain foundational knowledge of special operations requirements and assist in preparing documentation for program deliverables.
• Monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs.
• Take direction, guidance, and mentoring from senior staff.
