Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in business or supply chain, 0–2 years' experience, and a current Secret clearance. This role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring deliveries, and working with senior staff across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 0–2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.
• Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement by assisting with document preparation and tracking open purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery status of materials and maintain records in organizational databases.
• Prepare procurement schedules and ensure data for senior analysts.
• Draft technical records for procurement tasks and coordinate activities across theater locations.
• Maintain knowledge of special operations requirements and prepare documentation for program deliverables.
• Monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors with routine needs.
• Take direction and mentorship from more senior staff.
