You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, suppliers, and internal teams to meet purchasing needs and ensure policy compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing requisitions, creating and managing POs, coordinating with suppliers on pricing and terms, resolving invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable, maintaining supplier records,

Qualificações

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience purchasing IT products and professional services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills and experience working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Basic analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Ivalua, or Costpoint is a plus.
