Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 1 year with a Master’s; or 7+ years with a high school diploma/equivalent.
• 3–6 years direct experience preparing and administering Federal/DoD contracts and agreements, with FAR and OTA knowledge.
• Federal/DoD government contracting or agreement specialist experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR fundamentals and DoD OT agreements.
• Hands-on experience with standard procurement tools (SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Draft Market Research Reports, Acquisition Plans, SOOs, and PWSs.
• Meet with engineers and technical leads to pull requirements and deliverables.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies and methodologies for current and long-term needs.
• Manage a broad portfolio of contracts using various contract types.
