Arbor Homes in Cincinnati/Dayton is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to support procurement for the Purchasing and Production Teams. You will help drive business solutions and metrics through collaborative analysis and accurate data management.

Ideal candidates bring strong computer and analytical skills, solid process management, and effective communication, with a BS/BA in a relevant field and experience in residential construction preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience with Sapphire and MS Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade Partner contract management (vendor setup package compliance).
• Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications.
• Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training).
• Support daily division operations and category management (RFI and change management).
• Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents.
• Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Cross train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs.
