Responsibilities

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team in one of today's most exciting companies in Aerospace Industry. This role reports to the Manager of the Center of Excellence for Engines Procurement and supports the Engines Procurement team with the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, monitoring, and reporting. The Procurement Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency in procurement processes.

This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in driving procurement process excellence and continuous improvement
• Assist in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and monitoring of endtoend procurement processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and automation
• Support the development and rollout of procurement policies and process standards and ensures that initiatives are consistently governed, scalable, and businessfocused.
• Actively participate in projects and actions to improve supplier performance
• Consulting with the Procurement team to identify improvement opportunities
• Creating reports for internal teams, suppliers and/or stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data
• Visualizing data with graphs, infographics and other methods
• Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
• Structuring large data sets to find usable information
• Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Procurement or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or similar field is required
• Must be able to travel up to 25%
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong data systems knowledge, ability to work with large data sets
• Proficiency in PC-based software programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, PowerBi, PowerAutomate; ability to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
• Skilled in communication, problem solving, and applying experience and expertise in an innovative manner
• Experience in developing and applying reporting methodologies
• Ability to drive improvement through supplier ratings, metrics, feedback, and project management
• Ability to effectively work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding work environment
• Strong passion for excellence
• Familiarity with procurement lifecycle tools and ERP systems is a plus
• Skilled at building slide decks and presentations as communication tools tailoring to different audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Ability to interpret and apply procurement policies and compliance requirements
