B&G Foods in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support reporting, data analytics and procurement activities across categories. You will assist with spend analytics, supplier performance tracking and price validation, collaborating with R&D, Quality, Finance and Marketing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in procurement or supply chain; strong Excel skills and a proactive, data-driven mindset are essential for success in our team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years relevant procurement or supply chain experience required.
• Co-Op or internship experience in procurement will be considered in lieu of experience.
• Proven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementations required.
• Must be a self-starter, who is proactive and takes advantage of opportunities, without being asked.
• Must possess capability to set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, and identify or allocate resources appropriately.
• Must possess a strong work ethic.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills needed.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

The Procurement Analyst will provide support to the Procurement team by assisting with reporting, administrative duties, and procuring.

Responsibilities:

• Spend data analytics
• Category market research
• Supports Strategic Sourcing process activities

Compensation:

Hiring Pay Range:

$58,575.00 - $78,100.00

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
