Global Business Services aspires to be the Partner of Choice for Suntory Global Spirits, creating exceptional value through the superior delivery of business services and solutions.The Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst supports Suntory Global Spirits procure to pay operating procedures, purchase requisition management through SAP ECC & SAP Ariba, pricing management and continuous improvement.The PTP Analyst supports North America business, working closely with the PTP Manager, PTP Procurement Services Team Lead, Global Procurement, and other leaders to effectively service vendors, support implementation efforts, and drive continuous improvement.

• Work with a broad range of internal and external customers
• Develop technology skills with SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Analytics , and Salesforce

Role Responsibilities

• Perform daily management of purchase requisitions (SAP ECC/SAP Ariba)
• Perform sourcing & bidding events, as an agent supporting the Global Procurement sourcing strategy
• Monitor/approve supplier onboarding through Ariba SLP
• Communicate with vendors and internal customers to meet purchase requirements
• Key point of contact for manufacturing repair and direct material purchasing and system pricing updates, for vendors not on catalog
• Collaborate on pricing and other master data updates with team members and cross-functional teams
• Support Planisware application workflow to ensure components are costed and ready to order
• Assist cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures
• Leverage SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Analytics, and HANA for analytics and performance monitoring
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives and develop plans to implement change
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to deliver business insights
• Business partner for key procure-to-pay activities while supporting and enforcing Global Procurement Policy
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external customers/vendors
• Act as key resource for internal and external audit requirements
• Perform other duties as required to support global standardization and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations
• 1 - 3 years of related professional experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including solid knowledge of Excel
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP Ariba
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Familiar with procure-to-pay processes
