Job Description:

Procurement Buying Analyst, Americas, CR.

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a procurement buying analyst, you will play a key role in the purchase order management lifecycle in the Americas procurement service center division. In this role, you will maintain purchase order information, troubleshoot blocked invoices, resolve vendor claims, and provide outstanding customer service to our stakeholders.

The impact you will make in this role

1. Manage the purchase order lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate payments to our suppliers.
2. Manage both Direct & Indirect Procurement orders for 3M.
3. Collaborate with our plants/sites across the region.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, High school/Technical/Vocational degree, or 1-2 years of University/College education.
• Or 1-3 years of experience in similar roles (STP, P2P, or similar).
• Experience in procurement, buying, order management, or accounts payable.
• Advanced English level: B2/C1.
• Customer service experience and good communication skills.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

• Lean / Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt).
• SAP ERP MM/FI Experience.
• Business Analytics and Power BI skills.
