Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions provider seeking a Procurement Agility Consultant to drive indirect procurement excellence, governance, and process improvements across multiple workstreams. You will partner with Category Managers and senior stakeholders to accelerate sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable value while ensuring compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in procurement or related fields, with PMP/CPSM/Agile certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in related fields preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement, category management, sourcing, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and governance, reporting, or transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and change management skills.
• Experience with procurement technologies, dashboards, automation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple procurement initiatives across indirect spend categories.
• Establish project plans, milestones, risk logs, action registers, and routines.
• Partner with Category Managers to keep sourcing projects on schedule and governed.
• Facilitate reviews, status updates, leadership reporting, and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans for timely execution.
• Drive continuous improvement to speed, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
• Standardize processes, templates, workflows, and governance across procurement.
